3830 Bee Ridge Road / Sarasota, FL

This project was a renovation to an old three-story building. The building's interior and exterior were completely gutted and renovated into new medical offices.

1.
Molecular Imaging of Sarasota:
The first floor, approximately 6,000 square foot, was adapted for Molecular Imaging of Sarasota and consists of a waiting area, file storage, PET Scan, CT Scan, and MRI.

2. Dermatology of Sarasota: The second floor was renovated into a dermatologist office.

3. Dr. Henson: The second floor was also renovated for a cardiovascular doctor’s office, with camera equipment.

4. Sleep Disorder Clinic: Part of the third floor of this building was renovated for a Sleep Disorder Clinic.

5. Chemo/Cancer Center: The third floor was also renovated to accommodate the Chemo/Cancer Center.

RTI Insurance Building / Lakewood Ranch, FL

A 20,000 SF office building that serves as their Florida Headquarters. The building is approximately 10,000SF per floor, the ground floor consists of a conference/training room with adjoining kitchen and break room, the remaining area is divided into individual rental space or future occupancy by RTI. The second floor consists of 20 to 24 offices, 3 conference rooms, open office area, file storage rooms and multiple copy areas.

1500 Chappel Building / Sarasota, FL

This venture consists of a new two-story shell building with a first floor footprint of 4,700 SF to accommodate a restaurant and retail space. The second floor has a footprint of 5,000 SF, for offices and mixed use. The project is currently going through site plan approval and waiting for final budgeting and approval. This project is located on US 41, near downtown Sarasota.
