We offer custom home construction including design/build and AIA contracts. All of our homes built will be certified by Florida Green Building Coalition, Energy Star, FPL BuildSmart, and Florida Yards & Neighborhoods. All owners will have the option of having their residence certified by USGBC LEED for Homes. Josh Wynne is currently the only builder in Sarasota County that has built a home under the LEED for Homes certification. This same home also happens to be among the highest scoring LEED Platinum homes in the United States. Josh Wynne Construction has also built the two highest scoring FGBC certified homes in the state of Florida. Josh Wynne was recognized for these accomplishments at the South Eastern Builders Conference, winning an astounding 5 Aurora Awards and 3 Grand Aurora Awards!
