Codding Cottage - "The Codding Cottage is a state of the art home located in the historic neighbourhood of Laurel Park in downtown Sarasota. The design is a collaborative effort put forth by architect Dale Parks of Siebert Architects, Phil Carey of Engage Aviation, and Josh Wynne of Josh Wynne Construction. Sean McCutcheon Air Conditioning And Heating has also worked with Synergy Building Corp., and John Cannon Construction. The majority of our work is Repair and Retrofit.
